As a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher, methods often involve movement and nutrition to connect body & mind. Favored yoga styles are Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Therapeutic, & Restorative.
Beyond certifications, Sam continues to pursue educational classes and hands-on trainings to increase knowledge and help more people. Current studies are focused around strengthening knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Herbology.
Well-versed in traditional Western-styles, including region-specific, such as local Appalachian herbs to suggest various custom remedies for ailments such as inflammation and other discomforts.
