Do you want personal help with personal wellness?
As a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher, Sam consults individuals in their lifestyle practices to create a custom wellness plan, optimizing each clients abilities, while working through limitations. Client wellness goals and results include improving quality of life, confidence, & self-awareness. Methods involve movement and nutrition to connect body & mind. Favored yoga styles are Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Therapeutic, and Restorative.
Beyond certifications, Sam continues to pursue educational classes and hands-on trainings to increase knowledge and thereby the ability to help people. Current studies are focused around strengthening knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Herbology. Sam is well-versed in Western-styles, including region-specific such as Appalachian herbs, and their properties to craft various custom remedies for ailments such as inflammation and associated discomforts.
